This policy explains how Canopy AI Labs (“Canopy”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit canopyailabs.com or contact us. It covers this website only. How we process data inside the Canopy CFO platform is set out in your client agreement.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you email us or use the demo request form, which opens your own email app, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, work email, company, role and message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the demo form does not store anything on the website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
• To follow up about Canopy products you have asked about.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and website hosting, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email cfo@canopyailabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
