These terms apply to your use of canopyailabs.com (the “website”), operated by Canopy AI Labs (“Canopy”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. Use of the Canopy CFO platform is governed by a separate client agreement.
Information only
The website describes our products and services for general information. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Figures shown in demonstrations, including the Claire chat and the cash forecast, are illustrative sample data and do not relate to any real business.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including the Canopy name, logos, the Claire persona, text, graphics and software, belong to Canopy or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse them otherwise without our written permission.
